Clients-the people who have given us the opportunity to provide a service.

Employees-the people who deliver on the promises we make to our Customers.

Suppliers/Vendors-the people who provide us with the supplies and services we need to provide our service and create our product.

Benefits Package

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Earn PTO beginning your first year (accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in year one).

• 2 weeks PTO after 2 years of service.
• 3 weeks PTO after 7 years of service.
• 4 weeks PTO after 13 years of service.

Paid Holidays
7–9 paid holidays per year.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Eligible after 1,000 hours of service with company matching up to 4%.

Financial Planning Support
Access to an award‑winning financial planner at no cost for 401(k) participants.

Health & Insurance Benefits
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Death, and Disability insurance available the first day of the month after one full calendar month of service. 100% of employee premiums paid by the company.

Minnesota Family Paid Leave Tax
100% of employee Minnesota Family Paid Leave Tax paid by the company; no deductions from employee pay for this State program.

Uniforms & Work Gear Provided
Work pants, jackets, winter‑weight bibs, t‑shirts, sweatshirts, and PPE provided at no cost.

$175 annual reimbursement for required safety boots.

Training & Professional Development
Paid safety training and ongoing education opportunities through the University of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, DigIN Midwest, Minnesota Trucking Association, and other professional training programs.

Work-Life Harmony
No out‑of‑state or overnight travel for regular work. Occasional 2–3 day training events in Minnesota (travel, hotel, meals, and class time paid).

Weekend work is rare and typically limited to snowplowing or emergency commercial or municipal repairs.

We Respect Your Time Outside Work
We understand that fishing trips, hunting season, family events, and life outside work matter. Time off during the busy season is possible with advance notice and teamwork in scheduling.
