Jon is sure to understand your needs because he knows every aspect of our work, from hands-on operation of equipment and labor-related tasks to internal and external management. He’s performed them all. His education includes management coursework at the Minnesota School of Business, St. Thomas, and training through the U of M and Minnesota PCA.

Lee has spent her whole career either directly managing a business or helping others manage their businesses more effectively. When combined with a B.A. in marketing from Metropolitan State University, this experience creates a solid foundation for leadership, which filters through our company and results in the best possible results for you.

Dave is experienced in all the tasks and field job responsibilities at Olson’s. A detail man, he has an innate talent for running equipment and treats every project as his own.
